1 large chicken boiled and cut up ( can buy store bought whole chicken)
1 lbs spaghetti( prepare in chicken broth from your chicken)* if you store buy chicken, I use a can of chicken broth when boiling my pasta.
3 T butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 ½ C chopped celery
2 lg peppers ( I use red, yellow or orange) chopped
1 ½ c sliced mushrooms ( I use canned and drain them)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 ½ lbs cubed veveeta cheese
1 sm jar pimento, drained
1 c milk
Salt and pepper
2 tsp of Greek Seasoning
2 tsp of Greek Seasoning
*Fresh Parmesan cheese and paprika
Sauté celery, peppers and onion in butter. Combined this with rest of ingredients and mix well until cheese is all melted. I use a large pot or bowl to mix it in. Put in a 13x9 dish. Top with the parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake 350 for 45 minutes
