Shrimp-Corn Chowder


¼ c chopped green onion
1 small clove garlic minced
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 T butter
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 (3oz) cream cheese
1 ½ soup can of milk
2 c frozen shrimp(sm salad shrimps)
1 can (8oz) whole kernel corn undrained

Cook onion, pepper, garlic and butter until tender. Mix in soup, cream cheese and milk. Add shrimp and corn. Bring to boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
