Ethel's Egg Casserole

18 eggs
1 C sour cream
1 c milk
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp dried basil
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4oz can mushrooms
2oz jar of pimento diced
4 thinly sliced green onions white and green.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refridgerate overnight. 
When ready to bake melt 1 stick of butter in 9x13 pan. Bake 325 for 45- 55 minutes.


*you can add sausage if you want*
