German Potato Salad


6-8 medium potatoes
1 large onion
1 tsp celery seed
5-6 strips bacon fried crispy
½ c vinegar
½ c sugar

Slice potato and boil in salt. Drain and add onions. In bacon grease add vinegar and sugar and summer for 2 minutes. Add celery seed and pour over potatoes and onions. Salt and pepper to taste.
