Ham Loaf



 1-1/3 lbs ham
2/3 lbs ground pork
HAVE BUTCHER GRIND TOGETHER AT THE STORE
¼ t pepper
1 c cracker (crushed)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 c milk

Mix all ingredients together and shape into loaf pan.

Topping for Loaf:
1/4 C apple cider vinegar
1/2 C brown sugar
1 T dry mustard
Mix and pour topping ingr. on top of ham loaf. Baste with topping first half hour.

Bake 350 for 1 hour
Sauce
1 C sugar
¼  c milk
1 egg yolk
1 T regular mustard
¼ c vinegar

Boil sugar and milk for 1 minute. Reduce heat to simmer. Add rest of ingredients and let simmer.

Serve over ham loaf after it is baked.
Can Also Be Made Into Balls
