Lemon Butter Sauce
¼ c white wine
Juice of 2 lemons
1 bay leaf
8 peppercorns
½ tsp chopped fresh thyme
¼ c heavy cream
8 oz cold butter cubed
Salt and pepper
Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil for 2-3 minutes. Then add the rest. Strain and serve
