Taffy Apple Salad


Mix and refrigerate overnight:
2 C mini marshmallows
1 small can drained pineapple tidbits (save the juice)

In pan mix:
1 c sugar
1 beaten egg
1 T flour
1 T vinegar
Cook until thicken and refrigerate overnight

The next day add:
5 large diced apples
1 med container cool whip
1 c chopped peanuts
