4 C flour
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 ¾ Crisco (I like to use 1/2 of this in lard if I have it)
1 egg beaten
1 T vinegar
½ c cold water
Mix first 4 together then add rest. Knead together and refrigerate for an hour before rolling out on floured surface.
