Peanut Butter Cookies

½ c Crisco

½ c peanut butter

½ c sugar

½ c brown sugar

1 egg

1 ¼ c flour

¾ tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

Mix all together then shape into a ball and press down with fork.  Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
