Caramel Corn

16 C popped pop corn
2 sticks butter
2 C light brown sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 C white corn syrup
1 tsp baking soda

Melt butter over low heat, add brown sugar, cream of tartar and syrup. Boil for 5 mins on med/high .
Remove from heat and add baking soda then popcorn.

Bake at 250 for 30 mins stirring 2-3 times
Cool on wax paper.
