1 whole chicken (boil 3 C water and 1 tsp salt) Saving broth for later use.
You can also by a ready made chicken and use canned chicken broth.
Cut and debone chicken.
Place chicken in a 13x9 pan
Mix and spread over chicken:
1 1/2 C bread crumbs
3/4 melted butter
1/2 C chopped celery and onion
2 eggs (beaten)
1 T sage
GRAVY
In broth add:
1 Can mushroom or cream of chicken soup
4 T flour
1/4 C milk
Bring to boil
Pour over chicken and dressing
Bake 350 for 1 hour
