Sugared Nuts

1 ½ c sugar
1 T light corn syrup
½ c strong coffee
1 bag pecans

Combine sugar, syrup and coffee in pan. Cook to 240 degrees or soft ball. Remove from heat. Add nuts and stir until creamy. Pour on cookie sheet and separate. You can add 2 tsp cinnamon and ½ tsp cloves.
