The Best Baked Potato

Wash potato and brush with vegetable oil. Let dry a little. Pour rock salt in baking pan and arrange potatoes on salt and cover potato with salt. Bake 425 for 6-75 minutes. Remove and brush the salt away. Save salt for next time.
