Cheese cake

Cookie Dough Crust:
1 C flour
¼ c sugar
1 tsp grated rind of 1 lemon
1 egg yolk
½ c butter softened

Mix flour, sugar and add remaining ingredients and mix well and chill. Roll 1/3 between two wax sheets of paper. Bake in spring form pan at 400 for 8 minutes until lightly brown.

Filling:
5 pkg large cream cheese
1 ¾ c sugar
3 T flour
½ tsp salt
1 grated lemon rind (1/2 tsp)
½ grated orange rind (1/2 tsp)
5 eggs
2 eggs yolks
1 C heavy cream (milnot)
¼ tsp vanilla

Have all ingredients at room temp except ¾ c cream. Beat cheese until fluffy. Mix sugar, flour, salt and gradually blend in cheese keeping mixture smooth. Add grated rinds then eggs and yolks one at a time. Beat well after each. Beat well and stir in ¼ c cream and turn into crust. Bake 475 for 15 minutes. Then turn oven down to 200 and bake for an hour. Turn off heat and let stay in oven for another 15 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan.
