
2 C sugar
2 c flour
½ tsp salt
1 stick butter
1 c water
3 T cocoa
½ c oil
½ c buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Combine sugar, flour and salt in a bowl and sit aside. In a saucepan combine butter, water, cocoa, oil and bring to boil. Combine with flour mixture then add buttermilk, baking soda, vanilla and eggs. Pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 20 minutes
Icing:
1 stick butter melted
1lb powdered sugar
3 T cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
6 T milk
½ c chopped nuts
Mix together and pour over warm cake
