Lone Star Sweet Bourbon Salmon

¼ c pineapple juice
2 T soy sauce
2 T brown sugar
3 T bouban
¼ tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
½ c veg oil
 2(8oz) salmon fillets
2 tsp fresh chives

Combine all ingredients except salmon and chives to make marinade. Remove skin from salmon. Place fillets in shallow dish and pour bourbon marinade over them. Save a little to brush over later. Put lid on and refrigerate at least an hour. Preheat grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side and brush with rest of marinade.
