2 lbs ground chuck
8 lg onions chopped
5 garlic cloves
2-3 oz olive oil
2lb Italian peeled tomatoes
3 (6oz) tomato paste
1 (8oz) sliced mushrooms drained
1 T salt
1 T parsley flakes
1 T oregano
1 T crushed red pepper
1 T sugar
2 bay leaves
Heat and sauté onions in oil and add meat and garlic. Stir in tomatoes and add rest of the ingredients simmer 3 hours. Stir many times. Add mushrooms last
