Gooey Butter Cake

Mix together by hand:
1 Box pound cake mix
1 stick butter
2 eggs
Press the above in greased pan.

1 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 eggs
1  lb powered sugar
1 tsp van.
Mix and top on cake mix

Bake 350 for 15 mins. then add chopped nuts and powdered sugar to top

Return to oven for 30 mins longer
