Baked Salmon In Sour Cream

4 salmon steaks
1 T lemon juice
1 T capers
2 tsp vinegar from capers
salt and pepper
1 C sour cream
Thin slices of lemon
Seasoned salt
Paprika

Season salmon, cover with capers, lemon juice and vinegar.  Spread with sour cream.  Arrange slices of lemon on top, sprinkle with seasoned salt and paprika and bake.

Cook 20 min @ 350
Serves 4
