8 lasagna noodle, cooked
1 C chopped onion
2 T butter
8 oz package cream cheese
1 1/2 C creamed cottage cheese
1 beaten egg
2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Pepper to taste
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/3 C milk
1 lb shrimp, cooked, peeled, halved
8 oz crab meat
1/4 C parmesan cheese
1/4 C shredded sharp cheese
Arrange 4 noodles in bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan.
Cook onion in butter until tender
Blend in cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper. Spread half of this mixture on the top on the noodles. Combine soup and milk. Stir in seafood. Spread over cottage cheese mixture. Repeat layers and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake 45 min at 350
Top with sharp cheese and bake 3 min longer
Let stand 10 min prior to serving.
May be prepared a day ahead.
