4 T butter, melted
1 1/2 lbs bay scallops, rinsed and drained
1/2 C Panko
t tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried parsley
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 C grated parm cheese
Preheat oven to 400
Pour melted butter into a 2 qt oval casserole dish. Distribute butter and scallops evenly inside the dish
Combine the panko, and all seasonings and sprinkle this mixture over scallops
Bake 20 minutes.
