Make a tray out of tin foil to hold salmon. Make it where you leave a ridge around the edges to hold in the liquid. You can also grill on untreated cedar planks but do no use the olive oil if you do. Soak planks as directed.
Pour a thin layer of Olive Oil in the tray.
Place salmon skin side down on the tray.
Cover salmon with Dale's Steak Seasoning (Liquid) Comes in 16 oz bottle with white label.
Cover completely with The Spice House's Back of the Yards Garlic Pepper Butcher's Rub.

Place on grill approximately 15 min being careful not to let it burn. Butcher's Rub will turn a dark color. To test for doneness, flake with a fork.
