Meatloaf (Best Ever)

Meatloaf:

2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten 
1 C crushed corn flakes
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. pepper
2 T parsley, minced

Sauce:
1/2  C ketchup
1/3 C brown sugar, packed 
2 T cider vinegar
1- 1/2 tsp. brown mustard 
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Combine meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl with hands until evenly mixed.  Work 1/2 of the sauce into meatloaf.  Place meatloaf in a greased loaf pan and shape.  Pour remaining sauce on top and bake 50 mins. or until the center is no longer pink.  Let stand 10 min. before serving.

I sometimes make extra sauce!
