Jalapeño Popper Spread


2-8oz cream cheese (softened)
1 C Mayo
1 -4 oz can chopped green chilies ,drained
2 oz diced jalapeño peppers, drain
1 -C Parmesan Cheese
2 - T Panko ( I use more)

Stir together cream cheese and mayo in large bowl until smooth. Stir in green chilies and jalapeño peppers and most of Parmesan .

Pour into greased serving dish.  Top with remaining Parmesan and bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins until bubbly.
Serve with wheat thins or any other type of chip.
