Sour Cream Apple Pie



2 T flour
¾ c sugar
½ tsp salt
1 egg beaten
1 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2-3 c apples sliced
1 unbaked pie crust

Preheat oven 450. In large bowl mix flour, sugar and salt. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Mix well then add apples. Pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes, reduce to 350 and bake 30 minutes longer.


Topping
1/3 c sugar
2/3 c oats
1/3 c flour
¾ c brown sugar
½ c butter
1 tsp cinnamon

Combine topping and sprinkle over pie. Bake 15-20 minutes more.
